Who we are
Elevate Labs ("we", "us", "our") is a software and digital services business registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Pakistan, with its office at Office No. M-2, 6-C, Sunset Lane 9, Phase-II Ext., DHA, Karachi, Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website or work with us.

Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, and limited technical data needed to run the website safely:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), budget range (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
- Client projects: business contact details and any information you share with us to deliver a project.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser information, which our hosting provider records in standard server logs for security purposes.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals and quotes.
- To deliver, support and invoice the services you have asked for.
- To protect our website against spam, abuse and security threats.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them.
Cookies and tracking
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Sharing your information
We share personal information only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our web hosting and email providers, and only as far as needed. We may also disclose information when required by law.
International transfers
Our team is based in Pakistan. When a project is delivered together with one of our partner companies, such as Tektive Solutions in Canada, the information needed for that project may be shared with them under the same confidentiality and security standards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Project and invoicing records are kept for as long as the law requires, typically up to seven years.
How we protect it
We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, regular updates and secure hosting to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep risks low and will notify you of any breach where required by law.
Your rights
Depending on the laws that apply to you, including the laws of Pakistan and the data protection laws of your own country, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
- Withdraw consent you have previously given.

Children
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
